Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Hamburger (turkey would be good too!)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (or homemade Cream of Anything substitute)
  • 1 16 oz bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 15 oz can Stewed Tomatoes with juice
  • 3-4 medium Yellow Potatoes
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 3 tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger and drain.

  2. Add all ingredients to pot and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
